Accountability<\/h3>\n

The Privacy Officer is responsible for implementing and ensuring that employees are trained on all aspects of the privacy policy. The Privacy Officer is also responsible for handling any complaints regarding the processing of personal information.<\/p>\n \n

Identifying Purposes of Collection<\/h3>\n

Boulos Financial Group will only collect information necessary for normal business activities. Individuals collecting information are expected to be able to explain the purpose for which the information is collected. Boulos will not collect, use, or disclose any information beyond what is necessary to achieve the specified objectives.
